I placed a grocery order on 9th September and received all items except 10Kg Wada Kolam rice worth ₹610. The delivery boy marked it as delivered, but I did not receive the product or a refund. Since 10th September 2025, I have been continuously following up and have also marked emails to the grievance team, but I have not received any response. Order ID: 18457.
