I received this order yesterday on the 22nd. I had two orders. The first order ID- 408-8729889-6216336 order name- BLUE STAR SHARK Men’s Regular Fit Joggers Track Pant Second order id – 402-5569045-7384337 order name- boAt Newly Launched Airdopes 121 Pro Plus TWS in-Ear Earbuds w/ 100 hrs Playtime, 4 Mics with ENx™, 50ms low-latency BEAST™ Mode, ASAP™ Charge, IWP™ Tech, BT v5.3 & IPX5(Black ) The box given to me by the delivery boy was empty. The first order whose order id was there was received empty. I did not receive the same for the second order id 402-5569045-7384337. The second order is missing. I called customer care at the same time. I spoke to the customer care and they said that the order has been lost in the warehouse. They said that you will get the refund within two days. You should add your bank account on Amazon. After that neither did I receive any confirmation mail on my gmail nor was there any update on the amazon app. So again I talked to customer care today, I told them everything, after that they told me to call back on 28th, even in that there is no confirmation whether the order will be replaced or refunded, the box of the order which I had received was damaged from the top side, I did not get a second order and I did not even get the bill, I request you that I have not received the product of the second order ID 402-5569045-7384337 this order is missing or please return my money or else give me my order, get it done as soon as possible, I request you
Amazon company deliver me a product but when i check the box is emptied and after I complaint the customer care they told me to wait until 28 june and now when I again call them they told me your product is in your home. But i haven’t received the product or product bill. I have all the proof and videos. Please help me
