I purchased 2 boat earbuds from blink it and paid advanced. After delivery I saw 1 box was light in Weight and seal was broken. I immediately opened the box and saw the product was missing with the charger. Someone intentionally did it. I immediately contact the delivery boy and was told to contact the customer care. The customer care believes delivery boy more than customers. The delivery boy told them the seal was not broken. But the seal was totally broken. The delivery partner and the seller was totally lying. Instead of solving the issue they told us to contact boat. Why will I contact boat when I have purchased a product from your app?. They literally scammed my 1099 rupees. And not giving me a proper solution. I even told them to replace the product and give me a new one or refund the amount. They didn’t want to do either.
