Text of Complaint by Rashmi tripathi:

I have placed order on 7 July through online payment order no. 120909188135538774803
In Myntra app it shows product have been delivered on 10 July 22 but still I have not received it. I have made complaint regarding this issue complaint no. IN22071119250898851771, they said for waiting for 14 July.
In between without any solution issue has been closed by customer care team. I have reopened the issue again Issue IN22071220554896794885 has been marked as closed by customer support without resolve the issue.
I have asked the contact no. Of delivery person so I can contact for my order but they are unable to provide the same.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible
