I have ordered Boat Airpads Rs.599/- on 6th July 2023 through my store(Instagram), the order has received me on 15th July 2023, but the product not matched which I ordered. I ordered Boat Airpads but the received one is Bluetooth. And also that received product open condition when I received. I have taken video for proof, as below attached some images for your reference. Kindly look into the issue urgently!
