Hi Team, I have ordered 4 items on 9th july 2023 in Meesho.I received 3 products on 14th july which are totally wrong and used items and one product is still pending to receive now my account has been blocked. For which I have called to customer care, they are saying that many of the products has been returned due to which your account has been blocked permanently. “once the account is blocked we can’t do anything its helpless”. Although I have already drop an email to their escalation team but yet to receive any update from them. I just want that I want to track my ongoing orders and refund status. And want to return poor quality product. Actually they should warn or block on my upcoming orders but I must have access to my existing orders. So team looking forward to your support.
