I order marQ air conditioner 1.5 ton 5 star on 15/05/2023 and delivered 17/05/2023 but indoor unit different and is only 3 star, address to Satya, gujjarlapudi. I intimate flipkart customer care on 17/05/2023 evening itself. Flipkart executive product exchange 22/05/2023 and it exchanged again 24/05/2023 on 20th installation technician named subhani came and took images and particulars unmatched. He intimated to the m/s. flipkart next day I received it may be replacement on picking the unmatched product on 30/05/2023 then replacement product supply on 1st June and may be installed 3rd June. It is very problematic to support my life from the heat wave. I requested them on telling my problem to supply and indtal earlier no response I got till today or no solvation given by flipkart hence you may u derstand my civior problem at the age of 74 and solve it on compensating.
