I am writing to report that I have not received my order, even though it is showing as delivered in your system.

Order/Product: RED Tape Casual Shoes for Men

Ekart Logistics Tracking No.: FMPP3313637275

Flipkart App Delivery Status: Delivered on 12-09-2025 at 7:00 PM

Call from Delivery Person: Around 5:50 PM–5:55 PM, stated the package was delivered to my PG.

Reality: I did not receive the product.

Verification: Checked the CCTV footage of my PG for that time window and confirmed no delivery person arrived.

Please investigate this discrepancy and arrange for an immediate resolution—either the product’s delivery or a refund/replacement.
I can share CCTV footage if required for verification.
