i had ordered few products on 19oct 2025 but on 27oct when it was supposed to be delivered, i saw 4 products were marked delivered but i didnt receive it. So i had raised an issue on amazon about the same. They told to replace 3 of the items but not one as it was not available. But they are refunding the amount i paid during diwali sale. i had paid 213 rs but now the product is costing 490rs plus delivery fees. But i want the product not money. They are telling to give etxra money over 213 rs post reordering it once the return period is over but not the delivery. Also I would have to wait for another 15 days to get my money and back and the product will be delivered after 5 november(which was supposed to be delivered on 27october). Also the customer care keep closing the chat or disconnect the call and not helping me with the resolution.I feel cheated with money and time as I am a student preparing for a govt exam and can’t keep talking to them eveyday. Kindly help!
