Dear Team,

We ordered the mobile at Amazon. The product got delivered on 5th August and we found some battery issues and contacted the CX Support and raised the issue.

Product : iQOO Neo 7 5G (Frost Blue, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage) | Dimensity 8200, only 4nm Processor in The Segment | 50% Charge in 10 mins | Motion Control & 90 FPS Gaming

1. We raised the request on 6th August. The team provided the replacement. We also accepted the replacement.
2. The replacement product is not delivered on the date. The product returned to the seller without delivery.
3. Again we raised a request for the same and the team agreed for the refund and returned the product.
4. The request we raised with the product and the wishmaster came for the pickup on the 1st time we raised the request. The wishmaster said the Verification is not matching and he denied the pickup.
5. We requested the same for the CX Support and the team was provided the solution as without verification the pickup will be accepted like that team raised a request.
6. No wishmaster called for the pickup on the promised pickup date. Again we raised a request and the team was given me the solution like advance refund method if pickup is not done on another requested date.
7. Again no wishmaster called us and the return pickup cancelled, we called back again the CX Support for the same. They refused the advance payment as well and again they are providing another picked up date.
8. Aug 3rd Ordered the product, August 5th Received the product. From that day we are contacting the CX Support on a daily basis. Still our issue has not been resolved. I don’t know why this much delay happened during the process.

Still Today issue is not sorted out. As earlier CX Team has not provided the permanent solution or closure to this issue.

Note : Due to this my time has been consumed by contacting on a daily basis. Almost 12days of the issues have escalated. I don’t know what is the process u are

Due to this My Card Bill Payments are held due to no confirmation of the team. My credit card bill is generated. It also may impact my CIBIL and Late Payment Fee.

I don’t even understand why it has been pending after several escalations have been done. This is how customer satisfaction works by calling and enquiring about the day to day basis. We are contacting the CX team on a regular basis and the team was expanding the time frame from the initial stage of the case.

Note : We are not cancelled any shipments from our end. We need an immediate action and settlement for the same.
