I ordered 2 items in Flipkart but i received wrong defective product and wrong size. So i want my refund and i received my order today so it is in new condition. I have not used it before. So i want my money back.

  1. I was received Brok product from seller. I was immediately call to delivery boy to take back this order because that product was broken in Box take back from my side. That boy refuse my request and tell to me you file your refund application in Flipkart. I was filed my refund request in Flipkart. Today I had received message from Flipkart. Some one visit your door before 9 pm today evening but last moment of take back product from my side. His sent me again message of refusal of take back product

I HAVE PURCHASED A/C THROUGH FLIPKART, I HAVE RECEIVED AC BUT CONNECTING PIPE MISSED OUT, I HAVE TALK WITH CUSTOMER CARE & CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAYS PURCHASE CONNECTING PIPE & INSTALL AC, WE HAVE REFUND THE AMOUT, I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINT ABOUT REFUND PROCESS SINCE LAST 2 MONTH, STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND, PLEASE HELP FOR THE SAME,
