I ordered a blanket on 18 th dec its expected date to deliver is 23 th dec but I can’t receive it and on 24 dec its wrongly marked delivered but I didn’t receive the product then i raise a complain to customer executive the told me your problem is resolved on 30 th December on 30 December their vacant team contact me and said to me that your product is given to you on 4 th jan as a replacement product and you are facing such issues due to technical error but on 4 th jan i didn’t get the product and a new date given to me that is 6 th jan but on 6 th jan i didn’t get the product and a new date is given to me that is 11 th jan but on 11th jan i didn’t get the product so on 12 th jan Flipkart customer executive said me that you cancel this oder then you get the refund in 48 hr then i cancelled the order but till now i don’t receive my refund
