I’ve bought a mobile phone(narzo 50a with exchange offer) on 23rd September they given the details that order will be delivered on 25th of September even I got the message that order is dispatched through courier it will be delivered by today but by 5 pm they are saying order is returned to seller due internal factors. Amount is not yet refund my amount even my processing fees is also deducted from the consumer loan I’ve taken to purchase this phone & now I’m placing order again they are not placing my order. Because of this order my whole day was wasted I’ve cancelled all work to receive this order.
