I Order Havells Electric Kettle product from Flipkart on 4th December 2022 and I made the payment of INR1649 Through my HDFC Bank Debit Card. My Order supposed to be delivered by 5th December 2022 as per shown on Flipkart app. But Still my order still is on hold without any reason and customer support told me to wait For another 4days i.e 9th December 2022.
I refused to do that because I in my family there is medical emergency so I order this product.
When I told them please cancel my order and refund my money back in my account,for this also they refused under the reason of giving non confirmation of the product.
Please resolve my problem.
