I have ordered for a bladeless hanging fan and it is not working. No way to reach them except the email given. Why the authorities are letting these kind of fraudsters to do online business? Fake website, even without a phone number to contact. The website is known only with the package received.
They are placing advertisements in social media platforms and getting orders for useless products.
I don’t know how to contact them to get a replacement or the money spent.
