I purchased a product on 20th for a Louis philippe shirt which got delivered on 22nd. I created a exchange from the APP which later got changed to return as size was not availbale.
As i was not able to raise a return request from my end so i called AJIO customer care to do that. AJIO raised complaint no COM00027713468 which was supposed to rectified on 2nd dec. But I have been chasing them and not getting proper resolution from them
