Please help me,

Order total – Rs 1733/-
Product- Lifelong Power – Pro 500 Watt 3 Jar Mixer Grinder
with 3 Speed Control and 1100 Watt Dry Non-Stick
soleplate Iron Super Combo

They neither provided the return nor provided the replacement facility for the same. And also after several requests when they arranged a request for picking the product then the Pickup Agent not coming to take the product by highlighting that the product is not proper.I complained to customer care for more than 7 times but ordered cannot be picked up or no solution was provided. I am now completely hopeless and frustrated from Amazon India as my whole amount has been gone and I a product is not proper.You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money.
