I ordered a suit piece from your app. Order ID is
645722038844_1. It was prepaid product for which I paid Rs. 408/-.
When I receive my parcel and opened it, I found that had received a different product. I am attaching both the pictures I ordered and the one I received. After that I applied for refund/return. Product was picked up today (18.08.23). After picked up the product, I was trying to connect with your customer care and some random guy named Gyanendra instructed me to refund my money. But instead of refund he automatically deducted an amount of Rs. 408 from my PhonePay account. Now I already paid Rs. 816/-
After deducted Rs. 816/ and Manish Kumar Vishkarma also included in this matter he also take Rs. 1,625 both person trying to fool me again. He sent Some QR code of Rs. 5000 on my WhatsApp and said that you will receive your refund after proceeding of this transaction. I am attaching those QR code also for your reference.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and give my money back I.e. Rs. 3200/-
