Hi,
I understand that during these pandemic and challenging times delivery and logistics can be difficult for ecommerce also. But at the same time these people should have some provision for order cancellation if it is not getting delivered at mentioned date.
I ordered this product on May 13 and it was supposed to deliver by May 25.
When I checked on May 20 when it was not even packed , I started following with customer service team. They guyz didn’t even tried to check with seller why it was not packed and assured me with confidence that product would be delivered on time. Looks like their customer service team doesn’t have any common sense . Were they not able to see why product is getting delayed in packing also ?
Well this is also fine .
On May 25 when it was not delivered or even not packed , then also their team didn’t took this seriously.
On May 27 someone from Flipkart social media team called me and assured that they personally will track the order and item will get deliver within 3 days . I felt a bit relieved.
But Today is May 30 and still I am clueless where my order is . From the backend they have enabled the tracking ID but seems that is also a fake tracking ID and not working on ekartlogistics website. Wow !!
