I have ordered a wakefit sofa from Flipkart. The order was delayed a couple times and finally on 15th October it showed ‘Delivered’ on Flipkart dashboard but I have not yet received the product. I have raised several complaints with Flipkart representatives but nobody is giving any resolution. Everyone has the same response like, ‘there is a technical issue, call after 24 hours’. And the process repeats itself.
