I have ordered “JAIIB – IIBF – New 2023 Syllabus – Set of 4 Books by Macmillan – PPB + Accounting & Finance + Retail Banking + Indian Economy & Indian Financial System Product Bundle -17 January 2023” on 5th Feb and also paid 3300/- . Now the status is showing as delivered on tracking.when I contacted Amazon customer service they are saying parcel delivered on 9th Feb but I didn’t receive any parcel and also didn’t receive any call from delivery person.I have been contacting Amazon customer service from 10th Feb they asked me to wait untill 13 Feb. I waited and contacted again they asked me to wait untill 16th. when I contacted again on 17th they asked me again to wait 2 more days. i got a call on 19th Feb.they are asking me to wait again for 3 days. Now i received mail that product is not able to deliver so contacted customer care representative is very rude and he cut the call in middle of conversation. It is already crossed half month. Kindly check this matter and revert to me ASAP.
