I Venkata Ramakrishna Chilakalapalli, I explained here that I faced the worst & bitter experience with @amazonIN for the last 12 days. I ordered the product on 23rd April 2021 ( Product Details: Symphony Cloud (New) Air Cooler – 15-Litre, White & order Id:# 403-4322227-5706717 ). I received the product on 4th May,2021.I contact Symphony brand for installation of the product, but the symphony brand didn’t respond. Immediately i contacted @amazonIN services & explained about the concern issue with the brand. @amazonIN team daily explained me, to resolve the issue with in 48 hours , but 12 days have been passed nothing is resolved. I asked daily to amazon team particularly about 10days return policy on this product and they said different explanations 1). after installation of product your return policy will starts.2) another agent said that 10 more days have been extended on your order.I have confusion on their communication
i fed up with @amazonIN & symphony brands, they are helpless to resolve the installation of product.
Finally i said, I don’t want this product, because kindly do refund.
on 13th May 2021, @amazonIN senior team promised me to arrange product pickup on 14th may, but till date, nothing is happened in Pickup arrangements.
I also send daily mails to the seller(RE INDIA ??) but he denied taking return of this product.@Amazon team also create a return policy & refund but seller denied .
Due to @Amazon team & their miscommunication, i lost my time & no solution happened about product installation, pickup arrangement & refund.
Every time @amazon said delayed happened due to pandemic in India. But in pandemic why delays in return policy are not applicable?
@amazonIN & brand made me a fool from last 12 days
@amazon @amazonIN kindly understand & do investigation on this issue, why this thing are happened? why seller denied refunding??? why symphony didn’t respond for installation of the product?
@amazon @amazonIN kindly refund my money to my respectiful transaction account.
