Text of Complaint by Zoheb Nawaz:

On the 9th of Feb, I have ordered a product(408-7557911-6977940) on Amazon to gift it for friends’ marriage. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th Feb. But it hasn’t. When I contact customer service. I haven’t got any positive reply. They said they have mailed to the seller and wait for 2 working days. Even though I waited 2 days I haven’t got any reply. So luckily I was able to cancel it and got the refund. The next day I ordered the same product with a different seller( 408-1117507-5465938). It was supposed to deliver on 24th Feb. Still the same problem. The tracking Id was also wrong. When I contact customer service on the 25th. They said wait till Saturday Or else they will cancel the product. I waited till today. Once again When I tried to contact customer service. They again said wait till two more days. The customer service is not at all responding. Please help me with this.
