My prepaid order from meesho with Libera shipping platform since 6th Feb is at surat only and has not been delivered to me. The tracking has stopped in surat only, and nothing is showing while tracking the product. I need my parcel ASAP or cancel it so that I can get my refund back. I’m not getting any response from ur side since 1 month. Kindly deliver or cancel my product so that I can get my money back.
