product samsung m31s rs.19499 not been pickup from last one month even i have visited to the delivery agent office of amazon but no one is there to resolve my issue so now help me out that what i do next becoz there is a huge problem regarding my product i cant use a phone this piece is defected and i am using other person phone and taking holidays day by day due to this product . try to help it out as soon as possible otherwise i have to take any serious action towards the company . here i have provided the invoice also and if anything other you want contact me as soon as possible and not even having a knowledgeable staff that can help me out about the issue daily these guys are giving dates and the product is been submitted and next emi is in next 3 days what should i do now tell me.
