vide Amazon Order no 404-0273154-5209971 dtd Aug 2021 i had raised a request for 3 chandeliers amounting to 58k
I found one product unsatisfactory and so returned it (12 lights citra)
I used the other 2 chandeliers .
In less than 1 month, one of the chandelier got fused. I tried connecting
with the customer care but got a response that they shall do the needful internally. As no response was received I put up a feedback thinking that someone shall respond, but again there was no response. Then again I called the customer care and they gave me email ID and mobile number of the manufacturer . Amazon asked me to get in touch with them. The cell no was not functional and the email id have responded saying that they do not manufacture the light and that they have informed amazon. The same reen shots have been shared with Amazon. The manufacturer has denied all responsibility.
I called the call center and they went thru the communication and mentioned that they shall process for refund.
Then again after a few weeks I called as there was no response and the call center official said that the previous manager did not raise a ticket for refund. He went thru the email and got convinced and mentioned that the refund
shall be initiated
Again as a week went by, I called the call center and the
manager rajbir has said that no refund has been initiated. He is again asking me for a denial letter from manufacturer. Hiw many times an I supposed to do this? Amazon has my
contact details and email ids, if there was an issue they could have connected with me. Rather they let it rest and no resolution was provided.
I sent my issues to Amazon, but there is no response for the past 1 week.
