Text of Complaint by Sayali ghadi:

Dear Sir,

I placed Bluetooth order of One Plus on 1st November from flipkart and it was delivered to me on 02nd November. But when I opened the box, the bluetooth was separated damaged and broken and change the product quality. I immediately called customer care and complained, they asked us to send a photo of the product box. We immediately shared all the details by mail and from there revert got for exchange.A boy came today, he looked at the product and started talking, it will not be an exchange, we don’t have such packing. We are not doing this in vain, if there was only enough to charge bluetooth, we transferred money online. The delivery boy was in a so much hurry. Kindly take action as soon as possible. why didn’t he open and show us after delivering the product. If I don’t want to exchange the product, I will take a big action. I will spoil the name.
