Text of Complaint by Sayanti Saha:

I ordered a product from meesho on 4th August 2023, I received the parcel on 12th August 2023. The product quality was very bad and had spot on it and I believe that was a used product so I requested for return. On 13th August they picked up the product but then I got a message that the product couldn’t pass quality check. I called their customer care and they assured that they’ll solve my problem but neither I get my refund nor any update.
