Text of Complaint by Kajal:

I have ordered a set of 3 front zipper wireless flower bra at INR.999 from brafitnezz.myshopify.com through an add on Facebook.It was COD order. It reached us on 26.01.2023 through ekart courier. When i opened the parcel the product was some cheap bra with no. Zip at all the seller cheated us. And the size was also totally different.
The name of the seller printed on parcel was Musafir Address: Nitin Hno.176 neb Sarai near master mind public school , IGNOU road New Delhi, India 110068 mob. – 9717983061. We tried to contact the seller immediately but after few calls,which were not received, the number was switched off. Kindly help us to refund the amount and take strict action against the seller so that ha can’t cheat anybody

  1. My husband ordered flower crystal earrings at 890rs. on 4 feb 2023 from Facebook. Buy one ,get one free offer also was there. I received the parcel on 7 feb 2023, but when we opened the parcel very cheap earrings were there .The earrings were totally different. Name of the seller printed on parcel was Nitin H.No-176, neb surai near mastermind public school, IGNOU road New Delhi, Delhi India-110068. Mobile no. 971798306.We called him many times but the mobile was switched off.Help us to get refund my money and take strict action on him.
