I ordered LG washing machine on 14th aug 2019. The features listed on the website included “smart closing door” but when the product was delivered it did not have “smart closing door”.
I had to be on the phone for 2 hours with customer service before they agreed to replace it. I received the replacement machine on 26th Aug and again the same problem. Id did not have the “smart closing door”. I have tried to contact them about this, but the team is not helpful. they ask for a job sheet from the LG technician that the smart door is not available, but the LG technician refuses to give it. he says he will give the job sheet only when he installs the machine. Amazon customer service is not ready to help me and insist on a job sheet. So basically I am stuck with a product that does not match what I ordered and paid for.
