I ordered a phone Poco X3 Pro on 3rd Oct which was of Rs12649 after exchanging my old phone, it was supposed to be delivered to me by 5th Oct but due to some reason I couldn’t receive it. I got a message from ekart that they’ll try to deliver on next day I waited but they didn’t came I waited till 7th Oct then I contacted Flipkart customer care. They asked me to wait till 14th Oct.
I couldn’t wait I was supposed to be home by 10th Oct but due to the delay I waited. On 10th Oct I contacted a delivery agent and asked him to inform about my order next day he told me that my order has been rejected but didn’t told me why.
I contacted customer care after that and told him the same, the order has not been cancelled or rejected in my account he said, and asked me again to wait.
Then after I asked him if somehow the product got cancelled then will I be able to buy that product on the offer price during “the big billion day” which was ended on 10th Oct he told me that I have to buy the product on current price. I asked him if my product has been cancelled then you should have informed me before 10th Oct so that I could have ordered again on offer price which he didn’t replied, and I disconnected call of anger and rage for waiting for my product.
I was mentally harassed by Flipkart I want my product to be delivered at my current location and I want compensation for the harassment.
