Hometown Swirl Without Box Storage Engineered Wood King Bed)
I orderd item from flipkart on 30th sep 22.
My order suppose to deliverd by 14th October(now 14th october date removed by flipkart). But by order delivery date postpone to 21 st october ,at 21st october again delivery date postpone to 28th october .
I called to flipkart customer care but i did’t get proper response from them .i called so many times but no use .
Finally i got call from flipkart on 24th october .i requrested them to please cancel my order .they told me we will raise concern to seller ,then they will cancel the order .
I got mail from flipkat on 25th october your order cancelled by seller .
But i checked in flilpkart for refund status .unfortunetlly its showing your order has been delivered by 26th october 11:59pm .
How it is possible ,i again call to flipkart customer case but i did’t get any reply .
Every time flilkart team says your issue will resolved in 48 hrs .almost 15 days done but my issue not resolved .
My money and time waste due to flipkart . I want compansation for this .
