Dear Sir/Madam.
This is to file a complaint against Amazon India Ltd. I had booked a product in amazon site and paid Rs. 2,184/- as its cost through bank payment.
On 5th Aug. I received a call from delivery agent that, due to its oversize, he will not deliver the product and asked me to collect it from the delivery point which is 45 kms away from my place. I told him that I have booked the product in door delivery. After half an hour I received a messag in email that, product has been delivered.
Since then ie. 5th Aug. onwards I have been contacting amazon’s customer executives as well as the serior executives. Most of them informed that investigation is going on. Today 12th Aug. again I contacted their customer executive and asked to connect to the serior executive and the call had been connected. Unfortunately the senior executive informed me that, in their team’s investigation they found that, the product had delived to me on 5th Aug. Not only that, that officer was taking rudely and informed me that, this complaint has been closed. Neither refund or product is received to our bank A/c. Amazon was cheating us by giving false and fake informations.
Therefore, I humbly request your goodself to intervene in this matter urgently and do justice.
