I have paid for Amazon Prime subscription and this will gives me faster delivery. I have ordered a product on 26th Sep’2022 and the product will be delivered on 28th Sep’2022. As it’s a special day to me i have requested customer executive to deliver the product on or before 28th Sep’2022 at 12.00 PM and the same has been confirmed by the customer care executive.
But it’s not delivery as per the norms. Really i felt sad, as i have to gift the product to someone on the same date 28th Sep’2022.
This is very bad that Amazon haven’t delivered the product in time.
I need the explanation for not delivered the product on 28th Sep’2022.
Amazon has to compensate for this, as I lost my money, time and trust.
