Text of Complaint by Sanjana Yadav:

product on 4 th oct 2021 ,big bazaar promise to deliver the product within 2 hr , after 2 and half hr (06:30 pm ) i called customer care ,they said we deliver your product shortly ,after 2-3 call from my side to customer care at 10 :00 pm they said store was closed we deliver your product in morning, next day again 2 pm called the customer care for product delivery they again said we deliver your product shortly , suddenly in big bazaar app at 4 pm product delivery cancelled , i am gain calling customer now they says that we are initiated your refund ( not given reason why the product delivery cancelled) then they only refund 199 rs rest amount still pending. i calling and writing mail to big bazaar customer care on DAILY basis they only said we forward your concern to senior team and you receive your refund within 24 hr or 48 hr , his senior manager Mr Hemant they also said the same ,it is just like thet harassing to me, i am fed-up to this type of behavior . today is 11 oct 2021 still they said the same.
