I have ordered nothing phone 1 on 10th October , same was supposed to be shipped by 12ve which has not happened.
I have raised the complaint id – In22101011442359055568 post which i was told that my product will be shipped by 17th and i will get my order by 19 oct.
Today when i raised ticket on flipkartsupport, now a new date is showing as 21st for update.
No support is being provided by flipkart, nor by customer care officer Neha today over call.
I need my product on priority and i dont want to be a victim of order cancellation later (as i have made payment from some other user card).
Please help me with same and arrange delivery of product by 19th october.
