I have ordered Real me nazro mobile through flipkart on 05.08.2022 with Order ID – OD125656997472128000
1. Delivery agent tried to deliver the product on 06.08.2022 but could not run verification code in exchange Mobile he mentioned that it will delivered on same day evening hours i.e. 06.08.2022but did not happen.
2.With multiple complaints agent came back for delivery on 11.08.2022 and same issue happen again and he mentioned product will be delivered evening hours on 11.08.2022 but it did not happen
3.I raised multiple complaints over flipkart they just simply extended the days to resolve issue, mentioned that issue will be resolved by
When raised complaint on 11.08.ww they mentioned issue will be resolved by 14.08.22, again I have raised complaint on 14.08.22 to resolve the issue they mentioned that issue will be resolved by 17.08.22, again I have raised on compliant on 17.08.22 they mentioned that issue will be resolved by 20.08.22
On 20.08.22 again flip executive mentioned that issue will be resolved by 20.08.22 night.
Immediately after my call was disconnected flipkart executive simply called and mentioned sorry product will be not delivered.
Just for delivering Mobile flipkart took 15 days still did not delivered the product.

Flipkart Wasted my time, energy and money, it’s a worst service.
I think flipkart is cheating customers by taking amount not delivering the product, using amount deducted for money interest business.

Take nessary action against to flipkart
