Hi Team,

Have booked product “Lee Cooper Men Brown Formal Shoes” from Paytm Mall application with order id 8145969807 was supposed to be delivered by 13th May’19 but it got delayed to 18th May’19. However, on 18th May’19 also it was delayed. Moreover, today also I have received message that product is going to deliver by today evening but again same behavior. Have taken several follow up but Paytm mall customer care is not at all concerned about my complaint not at all taking follow up with Vendor courier company (Gati courier). Seriously fed up with this guys. Request you to please intervene in this and help me to come out of this.
