Hi,
I want to raise an issue against the order no. – 6276085755 and ticket no. 94081270.
My order was to be delivered by 30th October. The customer support is irrespponsive and when we call at the given customer support numbers, they never respond t your calls and put you on hold forever.
Neither my order has been delivered nor the the money has been refunded. No update on the tracking details as well. Even after raising multiple tickets , no update has been provided except for the update that we will update you soon.
Kindly address this issue at the earliest.
