Hey hai i placed ordered on march 21st..guaranteed delivery date on 25th march 2022.
Product shipped to chennai at 24th march.on 25th till 4pm i didnt receive any message or any update regarding delivery. So i enquired customer service at 4pm he promised that today it will get delivered even before 9pm. Though i didnt receive any msg or delivery update in amazon. So again i enquired by 6pm her name is bhavani But they are saying product is not shipped from chennai so it will be delivered tomorrow. I made anorder for my mom brdy..exactly today.. after my call only they are checking where the product is. Why they didnt check it today. Who was assigned for tat.who will take responsibility. I need an answer. I need my money to refund,If they didnt deliver by today.The person whom i spoke by 4pm he didnt inform me abt the delay. Have to take action against him also.
