Text of Complaint by Trima Das Bolugani:

I purchased a Bluetooth speaker on 26/02/2021, which was supposed to be delivered by 27/02/2021 but requested it to be rescheduled on 01/03/2021 by 11:00am as it’s my father’s birthday and he will be leaving Kolkata. As the experts told me that he cannot promise the time, I told him not to make any changes to which he confirmed that he is leaving it as it is. I have called several times and spoke to several experts including a supervisor which is of no good use. Everyone has been living around with no resolution. It is a mess created by Amazon experts. I want a compensation for the loss of my time and effort
