I had order Nivea body lotion 2 bottles of 400ml, I had placed the order on 23rd sept 2022 and till now it’s not delivered. I have already raised compliant nothing is happening. I am really frustrated and pissed off and everytime Flipkart is marking my complaint as resolved don’t know why, when it’s not resolved actually . I even asked to cancel the order and refund the money but they are denying that as well. Pl help
