Would like to inform you that I ordered a Fossil analogue black dial men’s watch-FS5164 under order ID 407-1989555-9832354 from Amazon on 11th Jan and I have received the parcel today itself. With much disappointment instead of a watch inside, I have got a an empty box.
Not the first time placing order, always appreciate your service and products too and like to place orders in future . Though it never happened to me before and I am experiencing this type of inconvenience for the first time.
So request you to do the needful, redressing my issue providing me refund as early as possible. And so as to avoid any legal actions on you. Hope this will never happen again. I’ll be highly obliged for the same.
