I ordered a laptop Acer 5 (intel core i5) with configuration 8 Gb ram, 1 TB HDD and 256 SSD but received product without 256 SSD.
On complaint they assured replacement of asset with correct configuration but replacement again received without 256 SSD.
On filing complaint again, Amezon team refuse to help except refund and they told me to take up with manufacturer.
Amezon site is fooling us with showing different products on website and delivering a different one.
They have no compensation for customers time and money spent.
Pl arrange to resolve the issue.
