Actually, I ordered a pair of shoes from meesho on 11th march 2023 and the product delivered on 14th march 2023. The product delivered has different designs and different look from that which is shown to me. I requested them for return but they haven’t called me even once for the pickup. They just text me daily that your pickup will be done by today but their pickup boy didn’t call or even text me for the pickup, then how do i get to know that the pickup boy is nearby me. And then they text me your pickup is rescheduled. Many days are passed doing the same. I also raised complaint regarding this in meesho customer care but no help is provided till now, my product is still not picked up. When they have to deliver the product they used to call a number of times but now they are doing this. I think they tried to fool people. Please help me.
