Text of Complaint by Ruchita Maheshwari:

This issue is regarding my order no OD226417486055323000 which was just herb metallic eye shadows, coffee scrub, eye cream which was delivered to me on 7 november I wanted to review on those products so on 9th Nov I opened Flipkart app to review and checked it was marked as cancelled which was not allowing me to review about the product so I got in touch with Flipkart on 9th november itself and told them they assured me by 12 Nov my issue will be solved and due to technical glitch it is marked yet as delivered. On 12 november when I checked my status of this complaint it was marked as resolved and my product status was yet showing cancelled (however I didn’t received any email or call stating we are closing your ticket and marking it resolved) I had again opened my same concern and next date was given to me was 24 november again I was told mam be assured Flipkart is best in service and it will be marked delivered soon again notjing was done on it then it got extended to 29th november I only told them that I can share screenshot of payment which was made during taking the parcel to assure that I have taken the parcel from Flipkart. They said OK mam please share payment screenshot and product photos as well next day they call me and say mam seller is asking package image which was Received outter cover I highlighted them this product was delivered at 7 Nov and no one actually keeps the cover as we was not aware that product delivered state will remain cancelled but nothing was considered infact Saloni Goyal didn’t even bother to check the payment screenshot cause that clearly says to whom it was paid and who holds account that should clear all picture. Somehow I found an random image which was clicked by me of that package when it was delivered to me. I decided to send them those and I did that but again that was not considered and it was told no mam we can’t see n bla bla rubbish though it was visible and they closed my case again without my knowledge before 29th november only. I had told them if you can’t mark it as delivered then give me refund. All the employees who are working I must say non are helpful seriously as they work from home they are least interested to continue call also for long time they simple don’t talk n disconnects. I had told I need call from higher authority no has done that. Here fault is of the person who delivered and didn’t marked it as delivered he should be penalized for that cause coz of him I am facing trouble to review. This is not customer problem this is seller n Flipkart issue. If everytime they say technical problem is there since 20 days then Flipkart should be shut permanently. I can’t share some screen shots here but at a time I can see upload only one image.
