Dear Flipkart Customer Service Team,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a recent delivery experience that left me dissatisfied due to several issues.
Order ID: OD332688275021434100 Product: NECKBAND (ONEPLUS BULLETS WIRELESS Z2 BLUETOOTH)
1. Delivery Issue: The delivery agent obtained the OTP deceptively, without giving me an opportunity to inspect the package. This made me uncomfortable, as I was unable to verify the contents of the delivery before confirmation.
2. Product Condition: Upon opening the package, I noticed that the product was not only damaged but also differed in color from what I ordered. This has left me quite disappointed as I had high expectations from Flipkart.
I request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue. Kindly arrange for a return of the product as soon as possible. I also urge you to look into the conduct of the delivery personnel to ensure a more transparent and customer-friendly delivery experience in the future.
