I have ordered DMR washing machine till then it is not delivered to me every time saying the same story and wasting my time.
1st time for DMR order was placed on 19th may 2023, courier person updated as am not reachable with false statement, I called your customer service they advised to wait for 1 day, later on all of a sudden product return to seller due to damage, again contacted your customer service they asked me to place a new order on the same product.
2nd time, same product ordered, committed delivery date on 29th may and not delivered, again connected with you guys and asked me to wait till 30th May 2023, again without notification they rescheduled the delivery with no date confirmed..
Today I contacted your customer service they are saying delivery agent rescheduled this and asked me to wait for 48 hours
Is this a correct way of following the customer commitment?
