I tracked my waranty ticket and got my claim has been rejected due to product damaged. I am sure the product wasn’t damaged when I gave to the delivery patner for warranty process shipment. I need a replacement for the product. I don’t want the damaged product as return ( which may be damaged during the process of shipment or service fulfilment centre ) .
