I ordered refrigerator in Amazon and tha product arrived in my home, product was damaged and I told the delivery boy Take back the product he miss guided me sir give me the OTP you will replace within 10 days. I don’t know the terms and conditions,by mistake I give the OTP ,he told the return the product using Amazon app ,then they are connected to the costumer care they told sir give that otp I couldn’t help you, I told atleast give some amount as a refund they told the same I couldn’t help you sir, what the hell, I am a middle class family, where is my money value they are not think about consumer money they think only sell the product.
